Delegation

1. Council designates the individual who is in the most senior position responsible for Registration Services (excluding the Chief Executive Officer and Registrar) as the individual to carry out the duties under Section 65 of the Act.
2. Council designates the individual who is the most senior position responsible for Registration Services (excluding the Chief Executive Officer and Registrar) as the individual to carry out the duties under Section 86 of the Act.
